4. Misuse & Fraudulent Activity
We reserve the right to discontinue or terminate services in cases of misuse, fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, or abusive conduct. This includes attempts to exploit service plans, manipulate account access, or perform actions that violate our policies or applicable law.
Where suspicious or unauthorized activity is detected, VSquad may suspend the relevant service while investigating and may require further verification before recovery of access is permitted.

VSquad provides services with reasonable care and professionalism. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from service interruption, project delay, or third-party dependencies outside our direct control.
Any contractual rights and responsibilities are governed by the specific agreement between VSquad and the client. In all cases, users are expected to use our services responsibly and in accordance with the terms specified herein.
